Chili Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Steak bites in a spicy, garlicky, savory butter sauce

- 1 1-1.5 lbs Rib eye steak
- 1.5 tbsp salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp parsley finely chopped
- 1 tbsp sambal
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
Cut your rib eye into one inch cubes. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
To a separate bowl, combine unsalted butter, garlic, parsley, sambal, and salt and pepper. Set aside.
To a skillet set to medium high heat, add in grape seed oil and sear steak on each side until your desired temperature is reached.
Cut the heat off and add in the butter. Toss steak and butter until butter has completely melted. Serve on top of your desired accompanied dishes. Enjoy!
