- 4 thin chicken breast
- ½ tbsp salt
- ¼ tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tbsp smoked paprika
- 3 slices bacon
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 shallot diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 4 tbsp parsley minced
- 1 roma tomato small diced
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 3 tbsp ranch seasoning
- ½ tbsp smoked paprika
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
- ¼ tbsp black pepper
- 1½ cup parmesan cheese
- ½ lb cooked bowtie pasta or pasta of your choice
To a bowl, season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Massage well and set to the side.
To a skillet on medium-high heat, cook bacon until crispy and set to the side. Discard half of the bacon fat.
Cook the chicken breasts for five minutes on each side in the bacon fat. Once cooked thoroughly, set to the side.
Lower the heat to medium heat and add in the shallot. Once transclucent, add in garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add in heavy cream, along with garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and ranch seasoning. Whisk together until seasonings are combined.
Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water while the sauce is simmering. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
Add in parmesan to the heavy cream mixture and cut off the heat. Whisk the sauce until its completely melted. Add in pasta and stir to combine. Feel free to add in pasta water if needed. Mix in tomato, bacon, and parsley. Top pasta with chicken and enjoy !
